Numbers 7:1. It came to pass on the day that Moses finished setting up the Tabernacle, that he anointed it and sanctified it with all its vessels, as well as the altar and all its vessels; he anointed them and sanctified them. 2 And the Princes of Israel who headed their fathers' households drew near (they were the princes of the tribes, who presided over those who were counted), 3 And they brought their offering before God: six covered wagons and twelve oxen (one wagon for every two of the Princes, and an ox for every one), and they presented them before the Tabernacle.

Levi – Numbers 7:4 God spoke to Moses: 5 "Take from them, and they will be for the service of the Tent of Meeting; and you will give them to the Levites, each according to his service." 6 And Moses took the wagons and the oxen, and gave them to the Levites. 7 He gave two wagons and four oxen to the sons of Gershon, according to their service. 8 And he gave four wagons and eight oxen to the sons of Merari, according to their service, under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the Kohen. 9 But he did not give to the sons of Kehath, since the service of the holy things was theirs; they carried them on their shoulders. 10 The Princes brought the Dedication of the Altar on the day that it was anointed, and the princes brought their offering before the altar. 11 And God said to Moses: "Each Prince will be assigned a day to sacrifice his offering for the Dedication of the Altar."
